Is a pay to win game, with to many strategies that either will help or just right and get you killed.
The ads are soooo inappropriate. We only view ads with anime girls and lots of violence. They should have asked us for our age in case that happened.
Interesting concept and it doesnt feel P2W. We will say though that the random battle speedups and the lack of size scaling for devices larger than a phone are rather annoying.
Overall the game is fun if you take away the ads. Its not necessarily bad but the lack of originality in level changes is disappointing. No new enemies after awhile just recycle old names while hiking up the difficulty. For those who dont want to pay the large price to remove ads ( not even permanently ) this game is a huge eater of time and you should probably enjoy life with much less ad time and skip this one.
Seems like a good idea for a game but needs some work on the idea.
These ads are not short, you can watch ads to get rewards, double rewards, refresh power ups, refresh upgrades, revive. Simple game mechanics with LAZY animations (single attack animation for character, NO animation for enemies) this is a game for whales and nothing more.
In the beginning it was fun but to advance you have to watch too many ads. If you dont watch the ads or pay them money you will just loose.
We have downloaded this game 3 separate times and each time it tells us that we have an error with our network. Only problem is there is nothing wrong with our network. Im on WiFi and we can play other games without issue.
The gameplay is really good and game is really fun by after you get past chapter 12 its really hard to get stronger because the only way to get stronger is by upgrading weapons theres no way to upgrade your character or how big your backpack is but other then that the game is really fun.

Im the ad we saw the game in it claimed it could be used without WiFi but you cant so if you want to download this game so you can play it without WiFi dont otherwise its a ok game.
For the unaware, Backpack Battles is what this game is trying to copy. This game is ad reliant and forces you to watch ads for bag space, ALWAYS. You will struggle to make any progress without watching ads. If you like this games concept, watch some YouTube videos of people playing Backpack Battles, see if you like it, and then buy the game if you do. Its better than this AD GRIND in every way.
Fun and actually makes you use your brain a tiny bit.
Its a fun gameplay loop, with many pros; -Weapons: Each has their own unique style needed to be used in success -Bag: A fun concept of Can we fit this? And Ill make it work. However; we also feel that there are a few things that we can deem unnecessary -ADS: Yes; we understand that it is a primary source, but putting baggage space behind it? Its not something we can follow. We understand the ADS for other places, but for extra bag space during rounds seems unfair and not fun to have happen -Lack of storyline: A story could make it better; albeit it doesnt seem like the game to have one -Unlocks: we got really confused when we got cards for weapons we DIDNT OWN. Not saying its bad; you get the weapons in due time, but why are you able to get cards for weapons you cant access? Hope our thoughts and notes we’ve made on the game will help it in the future Best of luck! :)
We really like the overall game and how its played but dont want to watch an ad over and over to get the things we need. We also would like a way to upgrade the hero for more slots, more dmg, better fire rate, etc overall good game.
While the gameplay is addicting, theres a lot of shortcomings that bring this game down. Like the other reviews at this time, yes, the game is too far reliant on ads. Theres also an in-game subscription for $10 just to remove ads, where other games give you a cheaper one-time purchase just to remove ads. The only weapon in the game that gets you far is the Sumerus Hammer, and every other weapon pales in comparison to the point where the most optimal build is to stack hammers and rings. The difficulty spikes are unwarranted, seeing as theres nothing to upgrade your base health, or to increase base stats like cooldowns. You can die on the first wave in later levels because you dont have the opportunity to level up from defeating enemies. If the other weapons could be more interesting or more damaging when levelled like (but not exactly) the Sumerus Hammer, the difficulty spikes would force you to take a different approach than having to rely on the hammer all the time. The lack of other systems make the subscription card pointless. The loot to upgrade weapons dont do anything. Gems dont serve any other purpose but loot chests. Im currently at level 22 at this time of writing, where not even two starting hammers can kill an enemy its the only weapon we have that has a base damage stat of 434. Everything else is double digits.
We love the idea of a merge weapon game however some things just dont match up for us 1. Reliant on ads 2. No story/explanation 3. Difficulty spikes.
Game become comically unbalanced after chapter 7, unless you use poison with splash effect you have zero chance of winning. Another sad copycat game with greedy devs who want your money.
Make it less reliant on ads and ill change our rating good game tho.
This game was fairly decent during early game as the app doesnt have any forced ads and the gameplay is relatively casual. However, once you get to the later chapters of the game, the game forces the player to choose ads for a chance to win. Your RNG and chances of winning are very low without having to rely on ads. Not cool :(.
