We have went WAY past what it said we needed to unlock the calendar part but still can not access. Im not understanding why it is not opening.. We’ve spent $ on it, we have surpassed what it said we needed. We love the game but it is very boring having to start over at very beginning when you do not keep playing. We decided to not keep playing so we could check to see if the calendar opened and now we have to start all over :/. We would probably spend even more time than we already do playing this if we could get daily challenges or what not to work toward something.
So the game is fun but when you lose, you have to go all the way back to the beginning, which is so boring to have to go through all the same stuff again. And the interruptions of constantly asking you if you want to watch a video to get double points or to tell you that theyre removing a number is very very frustrating. It happens after just a couple of moves continually. Im looking for another numbers game that doesnt have this limitation and we paid to remove ads, but still get common ads about watching a video to double points.
It could be so relaxing but theres more advertising shown then the game it self, its says time for advertise break and it takes forever to get to play the game, then they ask you to give it a 5 star rating!!! Your lucky we gave 2 star, because its too frustrating you keep it, its not even worth it as a free app because youre stuck watching more advertisements then you get play.

Game was great untilit opens safari for no reason multiple times where its hard to play. Please fix it!
We opted to purchase add free play. We were charged but never received add free play. Tried to reach out several times to address the issue but no response. Disappointed that they care so little.

There is no reasoning as to why it shuts down and asks for more coins to continue when you still have matches that can be made. Has happened to us several times and its getting old we feel like it must have a time limit to how long you can play without a break before it shuts down. Not gonna use this much longer if thats not just a glitch. Need instructions if there are limits like that!
We paid the $5.99 for no ads but Im constantly and when we wont pay, it takes us back to the beginning, and we have to start all over again. Too confusing with no instructions.
If you run out of moves you have to start over and sometimes it takes you days to get to your score again.

If only they had the rules somewhere. Our game was reset when we knew we had to make a swap. We purchased the coin bank to do that and the game reset from the start. There isn’t any replay value for us with a game that has no support. None. 3 requests so far. No web info either. They seem to have focus on one game. Too bad. We love this style. The other one we pkay is waiting for an update to add more blocks. We’ve ended bz and need ca and beyond! There is no one to answer questions. And I’d like a refund… For the coin bank we now have no use for. Too bad. It started so well.
