So cute and fun. Absolutely love it.
We like the game but it glitches and when we click on inventory and press future and fashion we can’t scroll through the different things and we can’t get out of our house.
We love Pokmon and sweet days! And Pokmon is from Japan too! So please and make it last about 100 days please (and add animal crossing too pleaseno one read this except the company please.
The game is good but y did they change the name?! It is annoying to name it hello kitty dream village. Change it back.
We downloaded it, went thru the tutorial, play for a bit then deleted in the span of an hour or two. Way too complex and on top of that, it takes like 5 seconds to load from thing to thing which is super annoying. Came to the reviews to see if it was just us and saw everyone complaining abt the price gouging-ness of it all. Ig we dodged a bullet.
Absolute trash. Tried to log into our old account that was already linked to our facebook and its completely gone. The old account just disappeared even tho we already spent so much on that account. Cant believe it, just give us our old account back.

Okay first of all we love this game but WHEN WAS THIS CALLED hello kitty dream village WHEN we DOWNLOADED THIS IT WAS CALLED HELLO SWEET DAYS. WHAT IS THIS.
But the game has a bug that makes the exit the game when youre doing something for no reason ples fix it.
Its amazing but we have one complaint so we login in and it doesnt give us our daily reward and its their 3rdAnniversary so yeah Im mad and sad and we got asp gcha ticket but it said we didnt but Im not trying to be rude just SOME ONE PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!! – Lia.

So basically, we feel like we’re going to cry the game let us do a happy bag which we can get 7 of the bags so we choose Picnic bud under the tree. We ended up getting a item we really wanted but then it said to buy a heart pack for 1 dollar. We were like thats a steal and bought it thinking we would get our items after we bought it we went to go check our inventory to get changed into the item we wanted which was a hair to see nothing new in their we are very confused so if someone can come and help us to understand this. But right now Im not in a good mood this game is super fun but this made us dislike the game for the first time please fix this.
This game isnt perfect, its already on its third anniversary and not only have they not make a better exchange system (50 coins per trade is ridiculous) , but they still havent fixed the community chat feature, you still cant @ people properly you HAVE to type it out even if some usernames have characters in the username itself, not to mention sometimes you dont get notifications on whenever people do try to @ you and theres still no option to private message people. Another problem we have is even though this game HEAVILY relies on character customization, POC players dont have ANY hairstyles for them. Last time we’ve counted there was like 3, sure theres some curly hairstyles but good luck trying to find any or try to trade with players when most of the time when a bag gets released theres mostly straight and wavy hairstyles. We get that its hard to draw hairstyles of POC but you cannot rely on straight and wavy hairstyles forever. Its been 3 years, listen to your fans already.
Okay, So we could be the only one, but not only is this game unfair in prices, we had to remove it due to the game continuously asking for our tracking info and our location. Also, literally impossible to get anything in this game without grinding for over a day and overall the dev’s ignore this community. It’s got abit of good attributes, but not recommended for people who don’t want to waste money.
Do not play this game. Im serious. Im not making a joke here. The game is incredibly pay to win. There is a monthly rank system, with the highest rank being to spend FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS to get an exclusive hair. It resets every month. To have access to certain bags, you have to spend one hundred dollars a month. To just have access to them. You dont even get the coins needed to actually GET THE ITEMS FROM THESE BAGS. Not to mention the community. Jesus Christ. Do not play this game.

We absolutely love this game, there was some lags here and there but our stuff is pretty good, we love how we can dress up as some Sanrio characters and different themed outfits of them and the give away system is nice also it reminds us of the little dress up game when we were little <3.
We usually get bored of a game very fast but we really love this one and we’ve kept it for a while now which is much longer then any game we downloaded on a whim.
We really like this game! We are a bit sad you need internet in order to play it but we think theres on bug when we try putting down always busy with work papers from the hangdon Gatcha it always appears bigger than what we think its supposed to be.
SADD bc we got to level 15 so excited to text our besties and then we had to read notes before starting so we pressed on notes and there you go it said we couldnt do it because of our restrictions so we were gonna allow it and it didnt let us still and we think its pretty dumb to read notes just to text our friends like its literally safe so why do we need to read anything and because of that we got our hopes up and now we pretty much cant do anything because most of the stuff we need to go on websites like what? Hi cocone! We’ve been playing this game for almost a year now and we love the game, dont get us wrong. But,,, its the stuff ppl put on their profiles, the language. We know you cant do anything about it, but this is really a problem. We have a great idea, we know maybe you can get some ppl from your team and join the game and check it everyones profiles and see if its up to code. Also, Im not a big fan on the sweeties thing, because only ADULTS get to do it, not minors. Which kind of makes sense bc they have to have a social media IG, but your forgetting what this app has. A CHAT COMMUNITY ! MINORS EVERYWHERE! In our opinion, the oldest players that are still active should be sweeties. They deserve it!! Also, thanks for all the events/bags/SC/SBC but please GIVE ME THE WALL FOR THE TUX BAGGGG!!! IM BEGGING YOUUU!! Oh and um tanks for retuning cogi cologne and PA! GO MAIMAIMAIGOEN!!!
This game and its forced FOMO needs to be studied, if any of you are in college, maybe write a paper on this game lol.
So am not saying that this game is bad but it has been glitching and we hate it every time seven trial its free we get a happy bag but it doesnt show up in our inventory like the clothes, furniture and am really mad also WHY does it have chat? Really its 4 and up thats not good but in conclusion this game has pros and cons and its a good game and all but that is why am rating it 2 stars.
We made our account on an old tablet which uses android. Since its old and doesnt have a lot of space, it takes a while to load assets. Id love it if we could log into the same account using our iPhone. If somehow there was a way to log in with your gmail on the iOS version, thatd be really great. Update: we managed to switch. It worked for two days until we were randonly logged out, and now we cant get into our account at all. We’ve contacted them 3 days ago but they have not responded to our message. This is so upsetting because we linked the facebook account and it does absolutely nothing.
So we want to login to our brothers account in sweet days,he allowed us but we cant login! Pls make a login with user ID and password! This update will be good!

We love this game! We were looking into learning more about Sanrio as our friends loved it, and we saw this game this and fell in love with it instantly! We love the characters, the cute aesthetic, the soft pastel colors, and especially collecting items. The happy bags are amazing! We love them so much! But, here is where the flaws start. We can rarely ever afford a happy bag! There are limited ways to get coins, and you dont get a lot. The happy bags are super overpriced. Please change the ways to get coins, the price of the happy bags, and get gacha tickets easier. This game is hard to stop playing, because it costs money to get coins and tickets. But, the items are very cute that makes the players want get it, and spend money or play constantly. It will eventually become an addiction if you like it too much, which you shouldnt have a problem with loving a game. Please, please, care about the players and not the money.
We love Sanrio and this game is super cute but one thing that is making it almost impossible to play is the constant crashing. Anytime we try to interact with a party it crashes. These parties being the most helpful way of gaining coins being broken so that it is unplayable is kind of a dealbreaker. If one of the main focuses of the game is broken and causes it to crash, it needs to be fixed. Not to mention the extremely high paywall that it seems most collectible content is behind. And this resets monthly. Spending $5 on a game once is very different than asking someone to spend much more than $100 each month for a broken game. This game looks like it could be really fun to play, but currently it is only frustrating and feeling like a cash grab. The ratio of effort to reward is completely unbalanced in the worst way.
The game is overall good but getting coins is a hastle in addition we want to merge to account that are ours we asked them for this a year ago but they never replied.
Glitches often too its not unplayable just takes patience.

We downloaded this game because it looked interesting. BUT, it DOES NOT let us play AT ALL. It just keeps loading, and after it reaches 100 percent loaded, it just keeps loading and saying Everyone is waiting for you when it does not let us play and it just makes us so freaking MAD. We have downloaded the game twice and deleted it twice because of the problem of it taking a long time to load. Soooooo, we ABSOLUTELY do not recommend this game.
This game is insanely adorable and we think it’s quite fun, but we’ve literally never had an app drain our battery life as quickly as this we have to keep our phone on power saving mode just to make sure it doesn’t die on us! But aside from that, we really like the game!! Wish there was more chococat items!!
The game could be more fun for new players and younger audiences if it was more free to play… And easier to get SR or Rare items it’s unfair.
We’ve been playing almost every day since summer 2021. Its a fun cute way to unwind but in just the past week we’ve been experiencing error code 40009 and cant participate in the current event we have over 100 cakes/cupcakes to deliver but cant get event items because of the error we also have a negative value of cream which is weird and has never happened before. We love this game but this recent error has been making us think its time to cut down on it we’ve reached out to cocone for help but havent heard back. Will update if things change.

We downloaded the latest Verizon today and the app crashed on us and wont let us back it please fix this. We want to finish getting our dreamies before the smile market closes.
The game its self is super cute, but if you dont like playing things for to long a day this isnt for you, because youll get nothing done. The pricing on the gachas are ridiculous! Its impossible to ever pull for something because its impossible to get coins.
The main pages where you earn prizes and play games is always frozen and locks you out so that you have to re load the game only to end up in the same position :( otherwise it would be the perfect little dress up and design game.

We used to play this app a lot and decided to come back to it for nostalgia. While the game has many features we do not enjoy (such as parties), we do still find it to be an enjoyable enough experience.
We love this game but it keeps loading and everytime we try to get out of something it just loads or if we try to open something it just loads.
We LOVE this game honestly as they are very generous to give lots of things to you and not just restrict everything till you get it in a extremely high level. We would love if they added kuromis house and location to the map! But also, we’ve been getting kicked out after going to the map after setting a party as we cant fix this glitch :(
